  According to Parker Palmer (2007), 'we teach who we are.' The  teaching 
 dossier or portfolio is a collection of artifacts that documents  your tea
 ching expertise and growth, but it is also a narrative that  contextualiz
 es and connects experiences and beliefs about teaching. Whether  you creat
 e one for job search purposes or for instructional development, your  dos
 sier can help you articulate who you are as a teacher. This workshop is  g
 eared to graduate students and faculty new to teaching. We provide example
 s  and suggestions for creating a dossier, as well as reflective opportun
 ities  to explore your teaching self. Presented by Jill Grose, Director,
