There is compelling evidence that practitioners of Falun Gong have been killed in China for their organs, which are then used in transplants and bought at high prices. Organ transplant abuse in China has been a focus of global concern, engaging the medical profession, international organizations, and state authorities. Join international human rights lawyer David Matas as he discusses the latest statistics about the extent of the abuse, current governmental and intergovernmental responses, and the Chinese government’s recent reactions to global concern about this issue.

Organized by the Plum Blossom Centre.
